our mission
We envision a Jewish community where all Jewish children of color are fully seen, deeply supported, and empowered to succeed—academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. A future where Jewish teens of color grow up knowing they belong, their identities are valued, and their voices matter.
Our mission is to uplift, connect, and empower Jewish teens of color (JOTC) by creating meaningful spaces rooted in culture, education, leadership, and community.
